We love our corona customers

Unprecedented times. Here in the Netherlands we are attempting to curb the spread of COVID-19 with an intelligent lockdown, everyone is encouraged to work at home, we are required to keep a safe distance (1,5 meters) and avoid crowds socialising in groups etc.  This has impacted everyone’s lives and adversely impacted many businesses including ours. We are allowed to open shop, provided we following strict regulations. We decided to open 4 days per week for a limited hours p/day. There aren’t too many customers but we want to keep touching base with the few that do support us. A pleasant spinoff is we that are meeting more and more locals, chocolate lovers who never dreamed of entering our store, daunted by having to wade through the hordes of tourists. 

One of these locals was Tamara aka. photographer Mevrouw Kiekkiek, who swung by with her cute little son to buy a popsicle on a nice sunny afternoon. She was delighted with us and we blown away by her enthusiasm and her cutie! She has not only has become a customer but also took some amazing pics of our store and has allowed us to use them!!
